We facilitate assessment processes with depth and sensitivity to drive learning and support decision making in organizations. Each case is unique and our assessment practice can encompass:

  • Mixed assessment method (quantitative and qualitative techniques);
  • Assessment Matrices;
  • Complex thinking in the evaluation processes;
  • Development of culture or evaluative thinking in organizations;
  • Triangulation from different sources;
